Growing businesses often need more than one GSTIN and more than one login. Rojmed keeps companies in one account, lets you filter books by company, and enforces roles in the app—not only in the menu—so Staff cannot open setup they should not see.
Multiple companies
One account, more than one business name.
The company you select is the one that prints. Lists and reports can show one company or all of them.
The first company
After sign-up you add name, address, and GSTIN. That company is the default.
A full company record
The default company also keeps email, phone, and a logo for the paper.
On the invoice
Sales, purchase, proforma, and quotations use the company you pick.
Filter the books
Invoice lists, income, expense, and reports can be limited to one company.

User management
The owner, plus three more people.
The person who signs up is the owner. They can add up to three users. Each person has their own username and password, and they all work in the same books.
One shared set of books
Invoices, parties, and companies belong to the account—not a separate empty business per user.
Their own sign-in
Username and password are theirs. Password is at least 8 characters.
The owner stays
The owner cannot be removed or changed to another role. Other users can be edited or removed.

Roles & access

The role is checked in the app, not only hidden in the menu. Pick it when you add the user, and change it later from the same window.
Admin
Billing, parties, projects, vendors, income, expense, inventory, and reports—plus companies, users, and terms.
Accountant
Billing, parties, income, expense, inventory, and reports. Companies, users, and terms stay with Admin.
Staff
Quotations, proforma, sales, purchase, parties, projects, and vendors. Money, inventory, reports, and setup stay with Admin and Accountant.
