Inventory

Items on the invoice—and stock that moves with them.

Keep products and services with price, GST rate, and HSN. Product quantities change when you sell or purchase. Adjust when needed, and see which items are running low on the stock statement and dashboard.

What you get

Built for how businesses bill in India.

Inventory in Rojmed sits inside billing—not as a separate spreadsheet. Add products and services once, put them on invoices, and let sales reduce stock while purchases add it. Movements, adjustments, reorder levels, and a stock statement keep quantity and value visible.

Items

The catalogue you bill from.

An item is either a product (with quantity) or a service (without). Both can go on an invoice with HSN and GST.

  • Product or service

Products track stock. Services bill without a quantity on hand.

  • Category, name, and SKU

Group items; search by name, SKU, or category.

  • HSN and GST rate

HSN prints on the invoice item; GST rate is stored with the item.

  • Sales and purchase price

Both prices sit on the item for the right starting rate.

  • Unit and opening stock

Nos, Pcs, Kg, and more—or a unit you type. Opening stock starts a product.

  • Reorder level

Set the quantity that counts as low. Services skip reorder level.

On the invoice

Stock follows the paper.

You do not type a separate stock entry for a normal sale or purchase. The invoice updates quantity for products.

  • Sales reduce stock

Product quantities on a sales invoice come out of stock when saved.

  • Purchases add stock

Product quantities on a purchase invoice go into stock.

  • Services stay off the count

A service invoice item does not change the stock statement.

Movements and adjustments

See why the quantity changed.

Each item keeps a history. When the count is wrong for a reason outside an invoice, adjust it and leave a note.

  • Stock movement

Open an item and read what changed—and which invoice or adjustment did it.

  • Increase or decrease

An adjustment adds or removes quantity and stores a note.

Stock statement

Every product, and what it is worth.

The stock statement lists products with quantity, cost, value, and a low mark when reorder level is reached.

  • Quantity, unit, and value

Each row shows stock, unit, purchase price, and stock value.

  • Search

Find a product by name, SKU, or HSN.

  • Low when it is time to reorder

Stock at or below reorder level is marked low; the dashboard lists those items.
