Terms and Conditions

The service

Rojmed helps businesses create and manage sales invoices, purchase invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, income, expenses, inventory, parties, and related records. Features available to you depend on your plan (for example Basic or Pro) and role.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by users you invite. Notify us promptly at support@rojmed.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Trial, plans, and payments

New accounts may receive a free trial as described on our pricing page. After the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active plan. Prices, billing intervals, and included features may change; material changes will be shown in the product or on the pricing page. Fees already paid for a then-current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated by us. Cancellation and refunds are covered in detail in our Cancellation and Refund Policy at /refund-policy.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Rojmed. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of GST details, invoice content, prices, stock, and other records you create, and for complying with tax and commercial laws that apply to your business.

Not tax or legal advice

Rojmed is software for record-keeping and document generation. It is not a substitute for a chartered accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer. GST calculations, invoice formats, and reports depend on the data you enter and the features you use. You remain responsible for filing returns and meeting statutory obligations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Rojmed. In particular, you must not:

• Attempt to access another customer’s data without authorisation.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or bypass security controls.
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Reverse engineer the product except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Rojmed available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

Intellectual property

Rojmed, including its software, branding, and site content, is owned by Artista Solutions or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you other than the right to use the service as described.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. By using Rojmed, you also acknowledge that policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rojmed is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from incorrect data entry, tax assessments, business decisions, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or INR 5,000 if greater restrictions apply and no fees were paid.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay required fees, or if continued access would create risk to the service or other users. You may stop using Rojmed at any time. On termination, your right to access the service ends; we may delete or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
