Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, use the product, or contact support.

• Account details such as name, email address, mobile number, and password (stored in hashed form).
• Business details you enter, including company name, address, GSTIN, contact details, and logo.
• Operational data you create in Rojmed, such as parties, invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, purchases, income, expenses, inventory, projects, and related records.
• Support messages and attachments you send to us.
• Technical information needed to run the service, such as session data, approximate device/browser information, and logs used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

We use your information to operate and improve Rojmed, including to:

• Create and manage your account, companies, and users.
• Provide billing, inventory, financial, and reporting features you use.
• Send one-time passwords and account-related emails (for example signup verification and password reset).
• Process subscriptions, trials, and billing status.
• Respond to support requests and maintain the security of the service.
• Meet legal obligations where required.

OTP and email communications

When you sign up or reset a password, we may send a one-time password to your email address. These messages are used only for account verification and security. We do not sell your contact details.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal or business data. We may share information only with:

• Service providers that help us host, send email, process payments, or operate the product, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities when required by applicable law.
• Another party if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, with notice where required.

Cookies and advertising

Our website uses advertising tags from Google (Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how well our ads work — for example, whether a visitor who saw an ad later started a free trial or bought a plan — and to show Rojmed ads to people who visited our website.

These tags may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you visited, your browser and device type, and the fact that a sign-up or purchase happened, along with the plan amount. We do not send them your invoices, customer lists, business data, passwords, or payment card details.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Rojmed keeps working if you block these cookies.

Website visit statistics

To understand how people find Rojmed, we count visits to rojmed.com ourselves, without cookies. For each visit we record the page you landed on, the website or campaign link that brought you (for example Google or a Facebook ad), whether you used a mobile or desktop device, and an approximate location (country, state and city) worked out from your internet address. We do not store your internet address itself; it is turned into a one-way code that changes every day, so a visit cannot be traced back to you.

Your browser also keeps a small note of where you first came from. If you create an account, that note is sent once with your signup so we can see which channels bring new customers. We use these statistics only for ourselves and do not share or sell them.

Data you control

Invoice, party, inventory, and other business records you enter remain your business data. You can view, edit, export (where the product allows), or delete records according to the features available in your account and plan.

Retention

We keep account and business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited records after account closure for legal, tax, dispute, or security reasons, and then delete or anonymise them when no longer required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including authenticated access and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update account and business details in the product or request support help. You can delete your account yourself from Profile → Delete account on the website or in the mobile app, or ask us to do it by emailing support@rojmed.com. See rojmed.com/delete-account for details.

Children

Rojmed is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of offering the service to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Rojmed after an update means you accept the revised policy.
