Shipping and Delivery Policy

What you receive

A Rojmed subscription gives you access to the Rojmed web app at rojmed.com and the Rojmed mobile apps, with the features of the plan you choose. No physical goods are sold or delivered, so no shipping charges apply.

When access is delivered

• Free trial: available as soon as you sign up and verify your email.
• Paid plans: activated on your account immediately after Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes.
• A GST tax invoice for each payment is available in Plans & Billing.

If your plan is not activated

If your payment succeeded but your plan does not show as active within 24 hours, email support@rojmed.com from your registered email address with the payment details. We will activate the plan or refund the payment as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
