Vendor, party, or projectWhat you get
Built for how businesses bill in India.
Cash does not live only on invoices. Income entries capture what the business received; expense entries capture what it paid. Together with sales invoices they show outstanding collections, and Reports chart the same numbers by month.
Income
Record what the business received.
Each income entry has a date, an amount, and a description. Tie it to a party and a company, and apply it to a sales invoice when it is a receipt against that bill.
Date, amount, description
That is the entry—clear in the list and on the dashboard.
Party and company
Choose who paid and which company the money belongs to.
Apply it to a sales invoice
Amount received goes up; outstanding comes down.
Recent income
The dashboard shows the latest income; open any row to edit.

Expense

An expense is the amount, the date, and what it was for. Vendor, party, project, and company are there when you want the cost tied to someone or a job.
Date, amount, description
The description is the title in the list and on the dashboard.
Vendor, when there is one
Pick from the vendor list, or leave the field empty.
Party and project
Attach cost to a party or a project when it belongs to a job.
Company
Choose which of your companies the expense belongs to.
